ReTech’s key point of difference is our customer service approach which aims to have a simple process for our clients to manage their ICT and e-Waste collection and disposal process. This is achieved by the provision of onsite mobile bins which reside at our customer’s premises and are collected periodically, or as required with a simple click and collect activity, utilising our own transport fleet.

 

 

Our Customers receive: On premise e-waste asset storage (mobile Bin); E-Waste asset report; Collection of assets - quarterly and ad hoc; Transportation of assets; Sanitisation, data wipe and handling of sensitive data; Sustainable disposal and or recycling; Buyback program for cost neutral or cost positive outcome.
